Returns and Refund Policy

At Shilajit Essence, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our comprehensive returns and refund policy:

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item, providing ample time to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us through our contact page [here]. Once authorised, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us through our contact page [here]. Include images showing the damage to expedite the process. Damaged items eligible for return include:

  • Cracked or damaged jars
  • Empty jars
  • Missing or incomplete Shilajit resin
  • Leaked Shilajit resin

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as perishable goods and customised products (like special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges: For the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new item once your return is processed and accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of £28 may apply to products returned damaged due to improper packing or failure to return in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
